Group Agreement Types
- Master Account Agreement
With this type of agreement, you set the number of rooms to reserve and you pay for the entire cost of the agreement, including a non-refundable deposit which is applied towards the total balance.
- Individual Accounts Agreement
With this type of agreement, you set the number of rooms to reserve and each guest pays for themselves. You must still pay a deposit, which would be refunded to you as long as you meet the terms of the agreement.
Group Agreement Changes and Cancellation
We understand that your group’s needs may change. That is why we allow a 15% attrition rate (reduction) to your agreement, up to 30 days before the start of the booking.
No changes may be made to your group agreement less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
