Once we receive your application, we will call you to verify your credit card information. Your booking will not be confirmed until then.
Booking Changes and Cancellation
At the hostel we understand that a guest’s plans may change. That is why we don’t charge a cancellation fee for individual reservations canceled a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the arrival date. If a reservation is canceled less than 72 hours in advance of the arrival date, the total of one night’s stay plus taxes will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
Reservations shortened after the scheduled arrival date are subject to a fee equal to the total of one night’s stay plus taxes.
Note that refunds can take up to 4-6 weeks to process and must be issued by cheque, due to University refund processes.
