Before booking a room, be sure to read the Guest Agreement and Guest Contract on our Policies page ». By booking a room, you agree to abide by these policies.

Note that credit card information by phone (204.789.1486) is required to reserve any booking.

Booking Changes and Cancellation

At the hostel we understand that a guest’s plans may change.  That is why we don’t charge a cancellation fee for reservations canceled a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the arrival date.  If a reservation is canceled less than 48 hours in advance of the arrival date, the total of one night’s stay plus taxes will be charged to the booking credit card.

Reservations shortened after the scheduled arrival date are subject to a $65 fee.

Note that refunds can take up to 4-6 weeks to process and cannot be issued via credit card, due to University refund processes.
